Umweltingenieur für Gesundheitsschutz, Gebäudeschadstoffe und -sanierung (m/w/d)
Als Umweltingenieur für Gesundheitsschutz & Schadstoffsanierung (m/w/d) sorgst du für Sicherheit Baustellen und unterstützt uns im Bereich der Sanierung von Gebäudeschadstoffen, von der Schadstofferkundung und Schadstoffbewertung, über Planung der Sanierung bis hin zur Bauüberwachung und Erfolgskontrolle.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du untersuchst Gebäude auf Schadstoffe hin
- Du planst Schadstoffsanierungen
- Du überwachst die Baustellen und garantierst die ordnungsgemäße Bearbeitung der Sanierungen
- Du verwaltest Schadstofferkundung, -bewertung und -sanierung
- Du erstellst die Sanierungsdokumentation

- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der Planung, Vergabe, Bauabwicklung sowie über Gebäudeschadstoffe
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbständige Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität aus
- Du besitzt gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du bringst Reisebereitschaft zu Baustellen innerhalb Baden-Württembergs mit
